For the third time in a matter of a week, Lilly Allen nip slip has made the way to the net. Having small breasts doesn’t get you out of wearing a bra if you are going to wear only loose fitting shirts which Lilly seems to adore. The older I get the less impressed with small breasts I am but the ones that don’t sag or look stupid still are fun to look at. There was a point (from about 14-34) in which I thought that little boobs ruled the earth. Now I am all about busty celebs which seem to have more nip slips than those not so well chested. It’s almost as if Lilly Allen nip slip was on purpose.
